This program implements a front-end for CAML/DOS 7.0 as it is distributed by INRIA. It has been tested (and seems to run ...) under Windows 3.1, Windows 3.11 and Windows 95. To install it, do the following : - in the directory of your choice (the CAML root directory is perfectly suitable for that), copy and run the autoextractible ZIP file GBCMDCML.EXE. This file will create files only in the directory from where it is launched. - obtain some public domain files from Microsoft, and put them in your Windows\system directory : * VBRUN300.DLL -> runtime Visual Basic 3.0 * CTL3D.DLL -> 3D dialog boxes * COMMDLG.DLL -> interface to generic Windows 3.1 dialogs (provided with Windows 3.1) Then read in the installation directory the file named "README.TXT", which contains the user documentation, needed to correctly configure the system. Have fun, and let me know if this program is of some utility for you ! Martial Tarizzo (tarizzo@world-net.sct.fr, 74014.3307@compuserve.com)
