Original bug ID: 1362
Reporter: administrator
Status: closed
Resolution: won't fix
Priority: normal
Severity: feature
Category: ~DO NOT USE (was: OCaml general)

Bug description

Full_Name: Andy Chou
Version: 3.06
OS:
Submission from: acc.stanford.edu (128.12.185.77)

In case nobody on the Ocaml development team was aware of this paper, I wanted
to bring attention to it:

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=phil+bagwell+ocaml

While the specifics might not work out for Ocaml, the ideas in it are worth
considering. I realize that changing the implementation of fundamental data
structures is a risky and large undertaking, but the rewards may be large for
many applications.

Good thing to have in a 3rd-party data structure library.
