Bug description

To get the SRPM to rebuild under RedHat 9, I had to add
%define debug_package %{nil}
at the top of the SPEC file (this disables some change to RPM that OCaml
does not like, and is more of a workaround than a fix).

I also had to add
%{_mandir}/mano/*
to the %files section.

Updated RH 9 SRPM for 3.06 was put on distribution site. Same fix to be applied
to future releases.
