I'm having trouble building 3.07beta2 on Windows XP under cygwin.

On make world opt install, the install fails on ocamldoc. The cp command fails
because it is invoked as cp ocamldoc ... I changed the ocamldoc/Makefile to
make this cp ocamldoc.exe ... and this fixed the problem. By the way, the same
failure occurs under 3.06.
