I'm currently in the process of removing all patches from the GODI ocaml
package, such that people can also use the CVS ocaml version. One of the patches
repairs -no-pthread in the configure script. It appears that the script does not
set pthread_link="", and the (guessed) libraries are still used (in
BYTECCLIBS).
The patch is (new lines indicated with +):
if test "$pthread_wanted" = "yes"; then
if ./hasgot -i pthread.h $pthread_link pthread_self; then
echo "POSIX threads library supported."
... # unchanged
else
echo "POSIX threads not found."
pthread_link=""
