I have a "production" installation of ocaml-3.06.
I've also compiled (win32/MSVC) and installed ocaml-3.08+alpha1, overrode
OCAMLLIB and PATH but anyway when I start OCamlWin-3.08 it uses ocaml.exe from
3.06 installation.
Not that I use OCamlWin a lot but I think it should be capable to work with more
than one version of ocaml.

There's a registry setting that tells OCamlWin which version of OCaml
to run. It's in "Software\Objective Caml", name "InterpreterPath".
The installer for the OCaml binary releases sets this key properly.
