Add to ocamldoc and ocamldep:
-impl Treat as a .ml file
-intf Treat as a .mli file

The lack of these options in ocamldoc and ocamldep makes same
options in ocamlc/opt unusable in certein cases.

For ocamldoc, -impl and -intf options have been added in the 3.08 CVS branch.
