Hello,

The camlp4 documentation mentions:

"Warning: this manual may not be up-to-date with respect with the current
implementation. We are planning to release a new documentation after the 3.07
final release."

Since ocaml 3.08 is out, could you please update the documentation to this
version? (maybe the documentation is up-to-date but only the version of the
manual is wrong)
