Bug description

Full_Name: Ethan Aubin
Version: 3.07+2
OS: Solaris
Submission from: c-24-60-21-144.hsd1.ma.comcast.net (24.60.21.144)

If you compile the following single line file with -dtypes and move the cursor
over 'a in emacs, then the type shown is 'unit' (or actually whatever the return
type of the 'let' is).

let f : ([Foo] as 'a) = Foo in ()

That's not a bug. The whole phrase is the smallest expression that contains
the 'a, and its type is ().
