| Summary | 0004013: feature wish: define CAML_NAME_SPACE per default | ||||||||||
| Description | In bigger mixed C/Ocaml projects the identifiers in compatibility.h get in the way. For instance #define flush caml_flush /*SP*/ will very likely cause trouble. I suggest to document CAML_NAME_SPACE in Chapter 18 "Interfacing C .." Further, I believe compatibility.h should be disabled per default. | ||||||||||

Disabling it by default: no way. How many programs would that break? Documenting it: now that's a good idea. |
