Bug description

It should be documented that threads created by C cannot call caml code. In my case it caused me to have to do some needless debugging, and I'm sure that has been the case with others as well.

Since release 4.00.0, there is an API to register threads created from C with the OCaml runtime system. It's documented in section 19.10.1 of the reference manual.
