0004954: Missing Pervasive module in chapter 20

Description

Chapter 20 (standard library) does not link to the Pervasive module description,
although section 6.7.4 refer to this page for further documentation on the operators :

"(See the description of the standard library module Pervasive in chapter 20 for more details)".

Pervasive module description should be added in chapter 20.
