Fabrice, did you fix anything? Last time Alexandre and I tried, *I* could see 3.13+0-dev but he couldn't. I think it's related to being developer/non-developer.

I set the "Released" flag of this revision to true, this may solve the problem. New version numbers always should have this flag set to true.

It is weirdly placed between 3.12.1+dev and 3.12.0+beta1, but yes, I confirm that it appears!
