Original bug ID: 5558
Reporter: @alainfrisch
Status: resolved (set by @xavierleroy on 2012-03-27T08:46:32Z)
Resolution: suspended
Priority: normal
Severity: minor

Bug description

Maintaining a dual build system for OCaml sources is tedious. I think it is pretty clear that the Makefiles are here to stay, and it makes little sense to keep the ocamlbuild-based rules and scripts around. I propose to get rid of those.

This is not a problem report per se, and I feel that using the bug tracker this way diminishes its efficiency, making it harder to spot the real problem reports.
