Bug description
There is no #help directive at the OCaml REPL.
(findlib or utop can display directives)
If we forget (or ignore) any of the directives, invoking #help at the REPL prompt (for a listing of available directives and a brief description of each) would be useful.

There was a serious attempt to implement this in #6613: #6113
Unfortunately, it looks like this patch fell through the crack of code review and upstream integration. Anyone willing to revive the proposed patches by:
checking that the patches still apply to the current trunk codebase (or possibly patching else if they don't)
commenting on whether or not they satisfyingly implement the requested feature
