Original bug ID: 7051 Reporter:@gasche Assigned to:@chambart Status: closed (set by @alainfrisch on 2016-01-27T08:26:13Z) Resolution: fixed Priority: normal Severity: feature Target version: 4.03.0+dev / +beta1 Fixed in version: 4.03.0+dev / +beta1 Category: ~DO NOT USE (was: OCaml general) Monitored by:@diml
Bug description
Pierre proposes to add a flag to get timings for each pass of the compiler, for benchmarking purposes.
Additional information
(I would still strongly support a parametrized flag or family of flags to get the compiler to stop after each pass, just as we have -c and -i today. People seemed to say that timings for all passes would be enough, but I think they're wrong.)
