Bug description

It would be nice to generate a:

on each page so that ocamldoc generated pages can be properly styled on mobile.

After some testing, even the default ocamldoc style seems to look better after adding viewport metadate, so here is a pull request #806 adding the metadata.

The pull request was merged in trunk, so it should be part of 4.05.
