Bug description

Hi,
I noticed that the OCaml documentation got bit by a bug staring at
2.99. If you look for example at the page

htmlman/manual003.html#ss:binary-methods

you'll notice that the example of using the module system to restrict
visibility is missing in the 2.99 and 3.0 versions. There are a few other
places too where things are missing, for instance after this line in

htmlman/manual006.html

"Finally, we gather several versions of the account into a module
Account abstracted over some currency."

the example is missing. It's almost as if someone didn't want us to know
how to use classes and modules together ;-)

There was no malice intended, it's just a bug in the preprocessor for
Caml examples embedded in the Latex source of the documentation.

I have fixed the bug and put an updated version of the documentation
on the FTP server and Web site.

(The vertical spacing in the Caml examples is still slightly wrong,
but we'll deal with this later.)

Thanks for the bug report.
