Subject: ocamldebug and -custom 
Hello,

I was wondering if anyone has figured out how to build a version of
ocamldebug that contains other custom libraries.  Specifically, I'm
interested in debugging a program that uses the Unix library.  Threads
seems like a particular challenge.
