I'm a beginner in OCaml. This is a great langage,
and the LablTk interface makes it kind portable.
   However I wounder if I could use GNU tools under
Window$ (like cygwin) instead of M$VC++ (which i dont
have) in order to build a project using LablTk for the UI.
