Hello!

Many people complained to me that they cannot download Dynamic Caml.
I found that it is a firewall problem in our local network, and
firewall does not allow passive mode FTP connections, which is
what Netscape/IE/KFM does.

For your convenience, I put DML onto HTTP
   http://oops.tepkom.ru/dml/dml-0.1.tar.gz

You may still download it via ftp from ftp://oops.tepkom.ru/pub/dml
using
any active mode FTP client (such as plain `ftp' :) or `ncftp')

(Just back from New Year vacations yesterday - that is what comes
from releasing before holidays :))
