I agree with Jerome and Didier. (** ... *) and (* ... **) is a simple
syntax, and leaves (* ... *) for personnal comments. Moreover, I like 
{tag ... } instead of <tag> ... </tag> and [ ... ] for code, because
you can still read comments without opening lynx ...
