Subject: RE : [Caml-list] Win32 port & VC++
	You need MS Visual C/C++ to build custom runtimes
(e.g. if you want to use the Unix module) and to compile
to native code. Thus, if you use only ocamlc and the
standard library, you don't need a C compiler.
