I do.  Does this mean that I should find some professional help?

Seriously, I have formed this habit, because I've written almost all
my code in the last decade with noweb or other literate pogramming
tools derived from Don Knuth's WEB.  These encourage to write
documentation before the corresponding code and I've kept this habit
for signatures as well.
