Hi,

I'd like to ask that multicast will be added to future releases of OCaml.
This can be either by adding support to the required setsockopt options
(IP_MULTICAST_TTL, IP_MULTICAST_LOOP, IP_ADD_MEMBERSHIP, and
IP_DROP_MEMBERSHIP), or by creating special functions for this.
