What does the symbol [[ ]] mean in the paper?

It's used to describe closures

[[f(a)]] = [[f].code([[f], [[a]])

object method calls

[[o#m(a)]] = [[o]].methsuite(m)([[o]], [[a]])

Best,
Blair
