Documentation of what? PCRE or findlib? Anyway, PCRE have a good .mli which is commented in ocamldoc style so you can generate a good documentation using ocamldoc on it. The debian package of pcre ships this documentation already build so you can unpack the debian package and copy the /usr/share/doc/libpcre-ocaml-dev/html/ from it.
