There are also other fields in structure returned by uname:

              struct utsname {
                      char sysname[];
                      char nodename[];
                      char release[];
                      char version[];
                      char machine[];
              #ifdef _GNU_SOURCE
                      char domainname[];

I don't see much point messing with Sys modules with all this stuff.
