I submitted a similar feature wish to the caml team a while ago
(in french:

)

The request has been transferred to the "wish not granted" section of the
BTS with the comment "Too hard to implement.  No can do.", so I'm afraid
there is no hope to see unloading/garbage collection of dynlink'ed code in
the near future.
