Has anyone written (or seen anywhere) a library implementing a decent 
algorithm for the Travelling Salesman Problem? Is anyone interested in 
joining efforts to write a library implementing Christofides' 
approximation and local research to improve the solution, or some other 
decent TSP algorithm?
