Since :
- some people wanted to add features in OCamlODBC, 
- I don't have the time to do it myself, 
- and I'm not an ODBC expert,

I just moved OCamlODBC to Gna! :
https://gna.org/projects/ocamlodbc/

so that other developers can easily contribute to the library.
