OCaml-FreeTDS initial 0.1 release

OCaml-FreeTDS is a binding to the ct-lib component of the FreeTDS library, for
accessing Sybase and Microsoft (or other TDS) database servers.

If you don't know what "ct-lib" means then you should probably not be using
this, but rather OCamlDBI, which I've written a working Dbi_freetds for (and am
submitting simultaneously, so it is not in OCamlDBI yet)
