I haven't seen any libraries by anyone that uses -pack, but it seems
cumbersome (Compile a bunch of .ml files to .cmo, compile them to one with
pack, then that to a .cma? And what about a .mli for describing the packed
.cmo?) Also the ocamlopt version doesn't seem to be very portable, which is
a point against it.
