Inspired by: http://www.venge.net/graydon/talks/mkc/html/index.html and also the need to write a domain-specific language for a particular problem at hand, I am trying to learn all the little bits required (ocamllex, ocamlyacc, camlp4, pa_extend, ....). Chapter 12 of the official manual is a bit heavy-going and rather brief. Is there a good tutorial around? Google doesn't seem to turn anything up.
