Do u consider a JVM supporting the Java 2 Platform Micro Edition a "complete up-to-date Java" implementation? If so, how many Ocmal ports exist for smart-cards, PDA's, cellular telephones, VCR's etc...? As an example http://www.mips.com/content/PressRoom/TechLibrary/Backgrounders/smartcard smartcards support the JavaCard JVM.
