Subject: [Caml-list] caml_format_exception - no prototype in header files

The function caml_format_exception (formerly: format_caml_exception)
doesn't seem to have any prototype in the "officially exported" header
files. In the source there is a prototype in printexc.h, but (at
least on Debian), printexc.h doesn't get copied into the global
include directory.

This is a regression from ocaml 3.07+2 where format_caml_exception is
properly prototyped in <callback.h>

Rich.
