I am pleased to announce the release of benchmark-0.6.  It is based on
Doug Bagley's version which Doug has kindly accepted that I take the
maintenance of.  The code has been mostly rewritten to make it "more
functional" and the documentation has been improved.

The API has changed a little to allow multiple repetitions of a given
test (most code should compile unchanged still).  This is used in
order to allow a Student's test on whether two rates are really
different.

The code is licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License
(LGPL) with the same special exception as for the OCaml standard
