Hi, is it this paper ? http://icwww.epfl.ch/publications/documents/IC_TECH_REPORT_200244.pdf > ... why not re-implementing the Lists as those vlists? > (Maybe as a module, if it is too much effort to change the OCaml-core) Vlist mixed arrays and list (if I have understand the paper, it is a list of arrays) and are a thus another data structure. but a powerfull data structure and many ideas could be taken from this paper. I think we could code this data-structure in Ocaml. Frédéric
