Sorry, this is all my fault. this is simply a bug, not a feature. I started a major rewrite of the parenthesis indentation code (quite ugly and not satisfactory when multiple parentheses are on the same line), but it resulted in several regressions. Unfortunately, I have no time to fix Tuareg these days. The best is simply to revert to version 1.45.x. I promise I'll send an annoucement when the problems are resolved.
