On my machine the Mac image libraries seem to be at:

/System/Library/Frameworks/ApplicationServices.framework/Versions/A/ 
Frameworks/ImageIO.framework/Versions/A/Resources/

I can see TIFF, PNG, JPEG and GIF libraries in there.

PS: I am not sure which framework you want to specify though: ImageIO ?
