Regarding this document

The are several self standing examples:

dynamic_old_syntax.ml
static_old_syntax.ml
quick_non_extensible_example.ml
dynamic_functor_example.ml
static_functor_example.ml

It would be a great improvement to the document to include the actual 
command used to compile these guys, and the -pp option which would be 
used to apply them.

(I would contribute the change but I'm not able to see what all the 
commands should be.)
