My impression is that COCAN has a specific mission (advocating for OCaml in industry) and target audience (managers) which is not necessarily compatible with what I had in mind. The Haskell Wiki encompasses tutorials, FAQs, PLT bibliographies, and language extension RFCs. The intended audience is programmers, from novices to compiler hackers. If COCAN wants to expand to fulfill this role, I'm all for it.
