 * Bugfix of Lwt_stream: two parallel Lwt_stream.get
   returned the same value
 * Bugfix in Lwt_unix.connect: it returned immediatly on EINPROGRESS
 * Bugfixes in Lwt_glib: file descriptors were not monitored correctly
