Bug description

Full_Name: mattias waldau
Version: 3.06
OS: cygwin
Submission from: h199n1fls34o849.telia.com (213.67.121.199)

Since I develop under cygwin and deliver under win32, sometimes my filename
delimiters are backslash, which works fine, except for Filename.dirname.

Therefor I defined the following function:

let backslash_regexp = Str.regexp_string "\" ;;
let my_dirname str =
let res = Filename.dirname str in
if res = "." then
let str = Str.global_replace backslash_regexp "/" str in
Filename.dirname str
else res ;;

Maybe Filename.dirname should behave like this?
