Bug description

Version: 3.07+2
OS: WinXP SP1
Submission from: theta.wwwcache.cam.ac.uk (131.111.8.101)

Hi,

I can't use speech marks in comments without balancing them, the following
comment (from a compiler's lexer) causes an error:

(* " - interpreted as speech mark *)

Is this intentional? If it is, then it's very odd behaviour: I don't really
expect my comments to be checked for syntax!

Apologies if it isn't a bug...

Regards,

David Allsopp

This is intentional behavior.
