Original bug ID: 240
Reporter: administrator
Status: closed
Resolution: not a bug
Priority: normal
Severity: minor
Category: ~DO NOT USE (was: OCaml general)

Bug description

system: win NT, cygwin net release (1.1.0).

problem: in the toplevel, when there is an exception that is thrown by
the system (such as a syntax error, typing error, identifier not
bound), there is a STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION. The exact line that is
printed in the cygwin terminal is:

0 [main] ocamlrun 13461 handle_exception: Exception:
STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION

and there is a stack dump.
