Running the executable ocaml-3.01-win32.exe to unpack and install Ocaml 3.01 for
Windows results in a dialog with the error:

Unable to get attachment

Nothing is installed.

Apparently, the "Freeman installer"-generated installation program
loses its marbles when the file name is too long. Great :-)

Just rename the file to something shorter, e.g. foobar.exe, and it
should work. I've shortened the file name on the HTTP and FTP
archives as well.
