Bug description

Bonjour,

Aprés avoir lancé une compilation native, l'utilitaire d'installation
d'ExtLib utilise Sys.os_type pour déterminer s'il doit utiliser les
extensions ".lib" ou ".a" en copiant les fichiers. Hors, sous MinGW il me
semble que os_type retourne "Win32" , ce qui ne permet pas de distinguer
l'utilisation de gcc et donc les extensions ".a" et ".obj". ( le meme
probleme existe pour un -cclib module_c.obj ou .o ).

Sys.os_type is to describe the operating system (syntax of file names, etc), not
to describe the C toolchain. Besides, proposed change would break lots of
existing code.
