I have a fresh OSX 10.3.7 updated to 10.3.9 without fink but with the xtools.

Downloaded ocaml-3.08.4.dmg and installed, but ocaml failed to start

dyld: ocamlrun can't open library: /usr/lib/libncurses.5.4.dylib (No such file
or directory, errno = 2)

mattias-Computer:~ mattias$ emacs

Downloaded ocaml-3.08.4.tar.bz2, compiled and installed, and now ocaml works.

Downloaded ocaml-3.08.4.dmg and installed, but ocaml failed to start

I compiled it on 10.4.2 with Xcode tools 2.1. Looks like it's not compatible
with
older versions of MacOS. This will be mentioned on the Web page as soon as
our webmaster is back from vacation.
