Bug description

Hello.

There is a small mistake in the OCaml Reference Manual (I think) :
On the standard library, String library, the description of String.iter
is inaccurate : s.(0), s.(1), etc. should be replace by s.[0], s.[1]...

I didn't know where to put that in the bug tracking system, so I wrote a
mail.

Yooop.
